Using Parameter Mapping Tables to Understand a TranslationDevice parameter information is organized in tables with the ADS parameter, unit, and default value in the three left-hand columns of the table. The parameter translation information is described in the three right- hand columns. The parameters that are not translated are included in the tables. The parameters under Parameters not in Spectre Model are parameters that are supported in ADS and are not supported in Spectre. The parameters under Parameters not in ADS Model are parameters that are supported in Spectre and are not translated to ADS. Refer to the Advanced Design System Circuit Components manual for an alphabetical listing of ADS supported devices and a detailed description of their parameters and default values. |
