de_set_text_string()

Sets the text string used by the de_add_text() command for the current window. This is the string that is placed when the de_add_text() command is issued without a text string. Returns: none.

de_set_text_string(string);

where

string is the text string enclosed in quotes.

de_set_text_string("This is a text string");
