FrontPanel_pp_rms_jitter()

Given histogram data computes peak to peak jitter value and RMS jitter value

Syntax
y = FrontPanel_pp_rms_jitter(histogram_data)

Notes/Equations

The FrontPanel_pp_rms_jitter() function essentially takes histogram data, and returns peak to peak jitter by determining non-zero start and stop values and one standard deviation. The first element of the array represents peak-to-peak value and the second element represents one standard deviation.
