acos ()

Returns the arc-cosine of an integer or real number
Syntax
acos(x)

Arguments

Name	Description	Range	Type	Required
x	integer or real number	[-1, 1]†	integer, real	yes

† A warning will be issued if value is out of this range

Examples

acosV = acos(0.9)
returns 0.451
acosV = acos(-0.5)
returns 2.094
