Inductor Device
The Spectre mutual_inductor device is translated as an ADS mutual inductor.
Example Spectre Command Line:
Without model referenced:
l33 (0 net29) inductor l=10e-9 r=1 m=1
With model referenced:
l33 (0 net29) ind l=6e-9 r=1 tc1=1e-12 tc2=1e-12 tnom=25
Spectre Netlist Syntax:
Without model referenced:
name n1 n2 inductor [param= value ]*
With model referenced:
name n1 n2 mname [param= value ]*
ADS Netlist Syntax:
L: lid n1 n2 L= value
